Project Definition
The five Partner Offices have certain diverse laws and practices regarding the foreign priority
right system for industrial designs.
To better understand the differences, an in-depth comparative study on foreign priority right systems for
industrial designs was conducted.
Desired Outcome
The desired outcome of the Study is to enlarge and update the knowledge of each Partner about foreign priority right laws and practices in other countries, to enhance communication and mutual trust among ID5 offices，and also to help the users to file applications more easily and effectively.
