Publication of ID5 Studies on Remedies and Term of Protection

The ID5 Partners have issued two new publications that provide comparative overviews of their design protection systems relating to remedies and terms of protection.

The Catalogue of Industrial Design Rights Remedies in ID5 Jurisdictions is a reference for users. It gives an overview of the available remedies and relief for industrial design infringement for each of the Partners, how this remedy/relief is determined and lists the damages available under the different jurisdictions.

The Catalogue on the Term of Protection for Industrial Designs compares the existing scope of legal frameworks and office practices related to the various terms of protection for industrial designs, including an overview of the fees for receiving a term of protection.
