Publication of ID5 Catalogue of Quality Services Involving Users

The ID5 Quality project, led by the EUIPO and the CNIPA, exchanged information on quality management initiatives among the ID5 offices, and identified quality initiatives regarding user involvement in the field of designs. In the framework of this project the EUIPO created a Catalogue of quality services involving users. Its purpose is to give a systematic overview of the services and initiatives carried out by each office, while showing the impact users have on the quality of the products and services provided.
